Nicolle M. Lipkin is an associate who joined the firm of the Law Offices of Eugene J. Riccio in May of 2021 as a law student. Ms. Lipkin assists in all aspects of the representation of criminal defense clients, victims of crimes including domestic violence, pardon applications, and civil restraining order hearings.
Ms. Lipkin earned her B.S. in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University, magna cum laude, in 2018. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2022, where she was the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Quinnipiac Mock Trial Team, Publication Editor of the Health Law Journal, Internal Director for the Society for Dispute Resolution, and the Awareness Week Co-Chair of the Human Trafficking Prevention Project.
On the Mock Trial team she competed in various competitions, in the Fall of 2021, she was a part of the Georgetown White Collar Criminal Invitational championship team. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Lipkin earned a number of academic awards, including Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy, Excellence in Clinical Legal Education, Service to the Law School, and the Civil Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Concentration (with honors).
While in law school, Ms. Lipkin also interned for the United States Attorneys Office in Hartford, CT. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eugene J. Riccio, she worked as a Legal Quality Control & I.T. Business Analyst at Aspen Insurance Group in Rocky Hill, CT.
Ms. Lipkin grew up in a Russian/Ukrainian household.
She is fluent in Russian.
